This is the first of a two-part series of videos to show you how to use ConceptDraw MINDMAP to make your meetings more engaging, efficient and productive. For best use, project your mind map on a screen and/or share via conferencing so that all the participants can see the map in real time as you use it to capture what goes on in the meeting.
You can also watch the YouTube version of Part 1 of using ConceptDraw MINDMAP to improve meetings.

This is very useful.
ReplyDeleteThe next step is to be able to minute the meeting in the background (would we use notes? What happens if we want to format text? How would we use a split screen to record notes in the background without the participants seeing the notes (assuming you are uncomfortable letting them see your note taking). I often use my notebook using the projector as a second screen using the primary screen to take notes.
What works best in your experience.
